About Us

Donate1Pizza.com is a charitable organization and the brainchild of two siblings: Avani and Devyansh Dingolia. Despite their ages, they developed a love for making a difference in the lives of those in need. They developed a strong passion for teaching younger kids, and stared a number of fundraising activities in their community. During 2020, an year that severely impacted the world with COVID 19, they thought it would be a great idea to create a platform that encourages others to make small donations that could make big differences to those in need.

One day Avani overheard a maid taking about her struggle to pay Rs. 500 for her kid's school fee. The same night, when Avani was eating a pizza at dinner, she realized how each pizza slice could help the maid. It could help a child educate. It could help someone with basic necessities. For her it was just another food. Then she decided to start a fundraiser that will inspire everyone to donate just one Pizza! She created this site to make these donations easy and highlight the impact from every single donation.

With Donate1Pizza.com, we look to inspire others to make micro donations. We encourage donations equivalent to the amount of one pizza, typically Rs 200 – 800 rupees. However, every contribution matters even when smaller.

Unlike many NGOs and organization where you get no visibility into what happens to your donation, our goal is provide pictures and evidences that make it transparent that your contributions are making a difference.
